Window frame corners

Submitted by brice on August 20, 2008 to Aesthetics

The corners over a white/light background look horrid when the window is in focus.
Somehow some apps do not have that issue.
The screenshot shows safari, but I've had the same "glitch" with Preview, System Preferences, Mail, and so on.

edited the image, it removed the animation from my gif.

Just out of interest, what system are you using? Does your graphics card support Core Graphics?

This issue does not seem to exist on my 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro.

Mine either - I'm guessing the system that "brice" is using doesn't -fully- support Core Graphics and so doesn't use the nice anti-aliasing feature for the windows.
