Time Machine bootable back ups
Time Machine doesn't create bootable backups when backing up the Mac. When information is lost, I have to boot up from the install disk and restore. I'm also not able to continue with my work.
Add a fix so that Time Machine can create bootable back ups for the mac.

Strictly speaking, you should use your Mac OS X DVD to restore from a Time Machine backup - it does offer this facility. Because of the way TM stores backups in sparsebundles, you can't use it as a bootable option.
However, if you want to restore directly from the TM drive, take a look at http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=2008011623365026.
Yes I understand what you are saying. I have been through what you just said, that's why I'm posting this. One time, my HD got wiped from some partition problems. So I had to restore it from a Time Machine back up. When I restored it, I had some problems, so I brought it in, and you know what? They said my software was corrupted. I told them that I had restored from a back up before and then they gave me the "obviously-you-shouldn't-have-done-that look" In the end, I had to reinstall my whole OS. So I did not want to fact that horror again, so now I rely on utilities like Carbon Copy Cloner and SuperDuper to do all the work.
I think this is technically quite difficult to implement and will not see the day of light until OS X gets a completely new filesystem like ZFS.
