QuickLook: Play animated GIFs

QuickLook won't play animated gif files, it just shows the first frame. Users have to use Safari or other 3rd party picture viewers to fully preview animated gifs.

Enable playing .gif animations in QuickLook, or provide a .gif plugin for QuickLook.

Absolutely, they should render at 100% and not pixelate as here, while animating with a toggle for repeat

How in the world is anyone demoting this? This is a simple fix and would not bother anyone who doesn't have a reason to view animated .gifs from QuickLook
