QuickLook to loop video files

Submitted by manujarvinen on February 4, 2010 to Annoyance, Usability

I have lots of different videos (for example animation walkcycles that are no more than a couple of seconds long) that I usually like to watch in loop.

QuickLook is great for browsing through them quickly, but it's very annoying not to have an option to loop them.

QuickLook indeed does loop some Quicktime (.mov) files that have the looped status saved onto them. (cmd + L and saving in QuickTime) - but this isn't really helpful for other formats.

- An option to switch QuickLook to always loop video files
- Holding cmd or alt while watching a video in QuickLook would make it to loop
