Stacks should update changes such as renaming and custom icons

When making changes such as renaming files, or customizing icons, they are not updated on a stack. For example, when renaming a file, if the stack is sorted by name, it doesn't re-arrange by the new naming. Also when customizing icons within a folder, the stack doesn't show the newly customized icons.

Stacks should update any and all changes such as renaming and custom icons.
