Finder: Wronge crendentials in "connect to server" dialog

Submitted by mojo2012 on November 15, 2008 to Annoyance

If you connect to a network share via de "connect to server" dialog, normally after some time you're asked to enter the username and the password.
If you enter the wrong credentials after some time a message is displayed that informs you that the logon has failed.
You get two buttons: cancel and try again.

Try again uses the same credentials again. So the process WILL fail again.

The try again button should allow the user to enter the credentials again. The field could be prefilled. So if the user enter the right credentials and the reason why this failed is another one, then the user has just to click ok.
