Blank CD window should show option to open Burn Folder, not Finder.

If a blank CD is inserted and you choose open Finder (plus you have a Finder window already open) nothing happens. Instead the option should be open Burn Folder, so that files can be easily dropped inside.

Blank CD window should show option to open Burn Folder, not Finder.
