Eject Bezel not descriptive enough, should show if unable to eject.

There are a few times when I keep hitting the eject button, and see the eject bezel, but the CD doesn't pop out. I keep trying till I try ejecting from Finder, and only then I see that the CD is in use by an App.

Show that the CD is in use in the Bezel if unable to eject.

Or atleast show which application that uses the CD/DVD/HD.

I don’t think the bezel itself should do that. The bezels are kind of ambient indicators … whereas an error in ejecting is, well, an error; and should show a dialog. However, the “silent fail” is annoying.
