I did it using App Cleaner. Open the app, drag A.H into it and App Cleaner finds all the associated files and deleted them

Not if you read the forums on the Apple website. Many people have this issue and it goes back to 10.5.8

Don't have Safari open dmg's automatically

Try using Firefox instead. It's quicker than Safari, doesn't have all of that "coverflow" rubbish and lets you either Open the dmg or save it
