Snow Leopard - the new minimize option has no clear indication of minimized windows

I like ebaur's idea: stacked windows behind the main icon, but it might get messy and cluttered, it would depend on the implementation.

If they want to keep is simple they could just use a different color/style for the "led" under opened applications.

DMG, Quick Time filetype icons are not 512*512

It should be user-configurable.

Double clikcing the folder you want in the path bar should be single click

Yes for user-configurable, or it could at least select the folder on single click, just to show that clicks do something.

Can't QuickLook the contents of a Clipping

QuickLook could just be used as Clippings opener. Double-click, quicklook it.
