Filesize of selected file(s) in statusbar
When selecting a file in finder, the statusbar only displays how many items are selected and how much free space there is on the harddisk. You can not see how large the current selected file(s) is/are.
Add the total size of the selected file(s) to the statusbar of the finder window.

Weeknumbers in iCal
Sometime one asked me to make an appointment for example in week 32. In iCal there is no way to see what week number a week has. There is a workaround in subscribing yourself to an online calendar which has the weeknumbers as an appointment.

Easy switch between monitors
You have no control on which monitor you want to have on and which not. I use an external monitor on my MacBook Pro. When connecting the external monitor I can not disable the laptop monitor.
On a pc laptop it is possible to cycle through monitor modes like: external - laptop - clone view - extended desktop. It would be nice if MacOS has the same possibility.

Possibility to separate spaces in dual monitor mode
When listening to music I put iTunes on my laptop screen and start working on my external monitor. When switching to another space my laptop screen goes to another space as well.
Add the possibility to detach the spaces of a laptop and external screen.
