True, but since OSX supports locale that should not be a problem I think.

Left handed system or customizable positions and colours of window elements.

I can imagine why people demote this item. For leftys it might be a very great solution. But for all the right handed people it is extra options which are of no use to them. So this might be more something for a separate tool and not for a default OS option...
