Difficulty in identifying what your windows are.
And "skinning" is not an option. It was fun when WinAmp did it, it's not fun when MS skins things to look like Aero in XP.
Difficulty in identifying what your windows are.
Last time I checked, a bunch of similar-looking windows is called "consistency". What's your solution?
Moving files in Finder displays a Copy dialog
Hmmm. Interesting, I never noticed that! Okay, this one is pretty much a gimme: This should be fixed.
DMG, Quick Time filetype icons are not 512*512
Dpoint: Nobody *needs* 512x512 icons, but QuickLook uses them so the OS should support them.
+1 because you unnecessarily voted it down.
Copy file path location
To copy a file path, simply drag the icon into a text field.
Maximum window size with one button(like windows)
I agree with bc9b89. No, no, emphatically no!
As a long time Windows user, it took me forever to get used to the idea that the Zoom button didn't actually maximize the window. Once I realized that it's not a maximize button but a "fit to content" button, I became more accepting of it.
Now, after many years, I can't stand the Windows implementation: Why would I ever want a window to occupy the entire screen unless completely necessary? By right-sizing my windows to the content, I can usually see a couple of background windows that I will likely want to switch to by clicking.
/Network needs to be available in Finder sidebar

Network used to be available; it was superseded by SHARED which, IMO, is not as useful.
