Not able to hide all applications / windows with Cmd-H shortcut
You can always hit F-11 which moves everything off the screen and shows just the desktop...
Turning off display (sleep display) on an Imac via ctrl-sift-eject, buggy behavior
It works for me, so it's not an overall system bug... have you tried resetting pram? That might do the trick.
Finder (feature request): rename more files at once
I don't know about this.... right now you can quickly rename batches of files using automator, does the function have to be built into the Finder?
iCal: I can't find any way to delete calendar entries or ToDos.
Both delete keys on the keyboard delete iCal events if they are highlighted. Same with to-dos.
Press enter to open folder or file
I use a mac quite often, as well as windows, and it's really annoying to press enter on a file or folder in windows with the desire to rename it and have it open.
Big thumbs down for "make Mac do it how windows does it" suggestions.
iTunes can't auto-scan folders for new or missing media
I don't see why this shouldn't be included as an option. If you don't want it, you can turn it off, but it makes a lot of sense. Instead of people suggesting that you just use iTunes the way it is, maybe make arguments about why it shouldn't be an option. I can't think of any.
Finder: select files by typing letters
I agree with Jasper, having absolutely nothing happen if you click a letter that no file names begin with is way less intuitive than having the next letter in the alphabet selected. The user needs SOME kind of feedback to let them know there's no file beginning with that letter.
Odd phrasing in iTunes Smart Playlist
It's really just a gramatical thing with how years are referred to... they shouldn't be thought of as numbers, so greater than and less than aren't appropriate. They're measures of time, so before and after are gramatically correct. I absolutely agree.
Expose: Add an option to show window titles by default
Well, when you go to click a window to choose it to come to focus, it shows you the title of that window, keeping you from actually selecting it if it turns out it's the wrong one. I think it's probably best that it's another key to click instead of default for people who have a lot of windows open. If all of the windows had their titles on there (and not all titles stay within the box they're describing) it could get pretty messy and cluttered and defeat the purpose. Is it really that hard to press option?
iTunes: add tracks in order
I definitely agree with the annoyance, however my annoyance is also with CD importing, because I sort by date added so the newest is at the top. When a CD is imported, it's first track is imported first, and last track last, which makes the order backwards in my sorting. And of course bringing in tracks from other places they are definitely out of order. However, I kinda look at it as a quirk due to the way I like to view my music, and I'm not sure that making it the way you suggest is most useful for everyone (as I assume that making it the way that I'd like wouldn't be useful for most people).
That might explain why some people are demoting - if your suggestion would cause an annoyance to them. That's what this website is all about, stating your annoyance and seeing if the majority of people agree or disagree (and then potentially having apple actually do something about it). I'm not going to vote either way because what you suggest would simply make everything imported into iTunes in backwards track order, which isn't much better than the way it is now for the way I view things.
Stacks Unresponsive when Closing and Reopening
Actually, I just checked to see if there is a delay set, and sometimes a click works after waiting a bit, and sometimes it doesn't. So seems like a bit of a glitchy feature, if it's a feature.
Stacks Unresponsive when Closing and Reopening
Changed title from [Stacks Unresponsive when Reopening] to [Stacks Unresponsive when Closing and Reopening].
Changed problem description.

iCal: add todos
There's not even a tiny bit of white space below the last todo where you can right click to add? I feel like I've encountered this before but found that there is a small bit of space where you can still right click to add a new one.
Snow Leopard - the new minimize option has no clear indication of minimized windows

With this option turned on (minimized windows don't appear at the right side of the dock) what's the difference between minimize and hide? Sounds like there isn't any...? So the option is really just to merge the function of minimize and hide into the same function.
