Time Machine bootable back ups

Wrote on August 22, 2008, 10:59am

Yes I understand what you are saying. I have been through what you just said, that's why I'm posting this. One time, my HD got wiped from some partition problems. So I had to restore it from a Time Machine back up. When I restored it, I had some problems, so I brought it in, and you know what? They said my software was corrupted. I told them that I had restored from a back up before and then they gave me the "obviously-you-shouldn't-have-done-that look" In the end, I had to reinstall my whole OS. So I did not want to fact that horror again, so now I rely on utilities like Carbon Copy Cloner and SuperDuper to do all the work.

The windows in your screenshot all look consistent.

Left handed system or customizable positions and colours of window elements.

Sounds logical enough. Although most "left" people are used to it.
