Keyboard switching between Finder windows while performing drag-and-drop
Start dragging a file. Using CMD-tab you can easily switch between applications and drop it wherever you want.
However, you can't use CMD-` to switch between Finder windows while dragging!
This seems to be a bug. Try dragging text outside (more...)

Keyboard support in finder for selecting multiple, if seperate, files
Without using the mouse at all: other than holding down shift while pressing the arrow keys, there's no option of selecting multiple files in finder.
In Windows, holding CTRL while moving leaves the selection intact, and pressing SPACEBAR adds to the selection.

A small visual indication that an application is minimized in CMD-Tab view

Resize windows from all edges
Why be able to resize only from the bottom right corner?
It's much more natural to be able to drag any perimeter pixel of the window to indicate your intention to resize.

Possibility to resize windows till the bottom of the screen, even when the Dock is visible
When the Dock is visible, it effectively shrinks the available screen size for most applications. Safari and Firefox for example, can't be resized beyond the top margin of the dock.

This option should probably be optional, especially since some users have a very wide Dock which would hide window's status bars.

Saving the original location info for files in Trash
When trying to restore files deleted to the Trash, the information about the original location of the file, maybe as an additional column in the Trash folder view, could have been very helpful.
