Unable to see icons on menu bar if there are too many

Why so many icons?!
Remove them, if you can't then just uninstall the applications that you don't use for the moment. Problem solved!

DMG, Quick Time filetype icons are not 512*512

The butty of MacOS UI is that it focuses one application at a time, and not do multi-tasking, which is confusing and reduces productivity. That is why you have the top menu bar.
