Switching Spaces automatically causes windows from previous app to be front

Lets say you have a safari window open in a space, and another safari window and a stickies note (front most app). When you have safari in front on the current space and you switch to the next one, the safari window is brought forward automatically

Finder Sidebar irregularities with long-named external drives and discs.

If you have a long-named CD or USB/External Drive, the Finder Sidebar will automatically resize to fit the whole name if possible, pushing all the icons to the right.

And the sidebar DOES NOT revert to its original state after the drive (more...)

Cannot set default window size for Finder windows, for ALL folders.

Lets say you have set your home folder window to your preferred size. But then you open your downloads folder, but it is of different size! Do you need to go and resize all the windows that you usually open directly to?

Unable to see icons on menu bar if there are too many

When you switch to an app with a lot of menus, your icons on the right get cut away, never to be found unless you which to e.g. finder, which has less menus.

This also happens when you switch to lower resolutions for projectors and such. (more...)

Double clicking the apple icon will push another "menu bar" below the actual one. Then you can drag icons into the additional bar, including system ones, by using the "command" modifier. (FYI, did you know that you can reorder system (more...)

Difficulty in identifying what your windows are.

If you have alot of windows open (example in picture) it makes it very hard to identify what windows are what.

Of course you can use exposé, but there are sometimes you are having your mouse days and such.

Inconsistency in OSX Leopard Mac-Native Aqua Apps

OSX Leopard has 3 "aqua styles" (kinda a made up theory):
First, the "grey buttons" which is found in Finder, Safari, iCal...
Next, the "bubble buttons" which is found in Mail and Preview

Change all the bubble style icons to grey icons.

or give the option to have Mac-Native Apps to have either grey or bubble icons.
